Thoughtfully designed for everyone—from young families to couples seeking a peaceful retreat—it comfortably sleeps four, with flexible sleeping arrangements and extra space for little ones if needed.
Inside, you'll find two king bedrooms (convertible to twins), a cosy sitting room with a wood-burning stove (and sofa bed if required), and a bright, well-equipped kitchen-diner. Luxurious towels, quality toiletries, and a welcome pack with coffee, tea, and biscuits are all part of the experience.
With Inverness Airport within easy reach, East Lodge is perfect for a weekend escape. The generous garden is made for summer barbecues or winter stargazing, and there's even space for a hot tub if you'd like to add a touch of indulgence.

What our guests say about us
“East Lodge can only be described as the perfect accommodation for those looking to explore the Moray Coast. Situated only a mile or so from the town of Forres, it is perfect for a quiet retreat but also offering you easy access to all amenities you could need. The house has been lovingly restored to a very high standard. The owners really have thought about pretty much everything a family would need when on a self -catering holiday. The lounge was luxurious, comfortable and warm; with the log burning fire a very nice addition. The kitchen was finished to a very high standard and had all the equipment that could possibly be required. The bedrooms were larger than we initially expected and this was great when travelling with our toddler twins. The garden was a great space for our girls to run about in and explore and the ability to go for walks at night throughout the estate was a nice end to each day.
There is ample parking for two large cars directly opposite the house and accessing the property was very easy due to the detailed instructions we received from the owner in advance of our arrival. We were very lucky with the weather during our stay and this let us make the most of our time on the Moray Coast. East Lodge is the perfect location for exploring Lossiemouth, Findhorn, Elgin, the distilleries around Dufftown and even further afield along the coast towards both Aberdeen and Inverness. We really could not fault this property and had a great staycation week. We will almost certainly be back - if you have any availability after all these good reviews!” - David
Just a quick note to say thank you very much for a lovely stay at East Lodge, and please pass on my best wishes to Caroline, whom we met very briefly when we arrived. It had all that we needed and more (we only have one TV!) and provided the perfect break, in just the right location. - Tim
